Technology assessments are a great way to engage with Thresher Technology Laboratories initially. In this short-term engagement, you’ll get a detailed, structured, third-party assessment of your technology, and we get a chance to understand your business better, and your unique challenges and how to address them.The length and cost of the assessment depend on the size of the team, the resources in scope, the complexity of the technology stack, and the areas of focus for the assessment.We offer three levels of assessment:

Basic: includes a review of product roadmap, technical architecture, team size and structure, SDLC, and Technology/Product alignment

Fractional CTO
As a fractional CTO, we’ll work with your team on a part-time basis (typically 8-24 hours a week), fulfilling the duties of a full-time CTO for you and your company. We’ll be a member of your executive team, helping drive your business strategy and translating that into a product and technology strategy that will deliver the results you need.
